oh, the softly crooning self-esteem lessons of the japanese! would the cards say this if, say, i was looking at math-related flash cards? do the japanese lie?
The Japanese say yes a lot when they really mean no. Is that lying or just cultural?
Is lying not lying when it's cultural? I dunno.
